Message	It is logical that they can not bring the hot air temperature coming out form the turbos lower than the outside temperature .. but can they accutally bring it down to the outside temperature level ? or does it depend on the amount of continuos boost that will eventually heat up the ICs and will reduce their efficiencies if the outside air is not cold enough to cool them fast enough.
